Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy Suresh is a famous Indian actor born on October 17, 1992. Her films are mainly in Tamil or Telugu and Telugu, however, she is in some Malayalam ones. She won the National Film Award for Best Actress for portraying actor Savitri for Mahanati, a Telugu movie Mahanati (2018). Other awards she has won include the three SIIMA Awards, a Filmfare Award South and three SIIMA Awards. Keerthy is her mother is Menaka G. Suresh, film producer G. Suresh Kumar is an aspiring actress. Her career began as a child actress in the early 2000s and returned to films after studying fashion design. She played her debut lead role in Geethaanjali (2013 Malayalam). She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy's first film outside Malayalam was Idhuenna Maayam (2015) with Vikram Prabhu. The film did not perform well at the box office. She released her first film, A. L. Vijay's romance comedy Idhu Enna Maayam, in 2015, opposite Vikram Prbhu. It was not successful at the box-office. Because of her hectic schedule in 2015, she had no choice but to pull out of films which she was already working, like Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye or Deekay's Kavalaivendam. She worked in two films in rapid succession alongside Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also an actor of note in Prabhu's Thodari. The film was pushed back in 2015, and there are reports that it will be released after September in 2020 with the name of Janakitho Nenu. The first film to debut is Nenu Sailaja in the year 2016 featuring actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy made her debut in Bairavaa with Vijay director Bharathan. She also appeared in Tamil films Paambhu sattai and Telugu movies Nenu Local.
